I wonder if the commissioner of baseball has any skeletons in his closet. Boy the more these people make of the players using banned substances, the more I wonder what they have done that they just don't want people to examine them too closely. You know it's the old slight of hand trick. Like a magician they get you to look where they want you to so you don't see the real picture. I know that no one is perfect, who's to say that the players of the 10s, and 20s weren't using alcohol, cocaine or even heroin. Those things were legal in that time. If we are so good [ not me ] that we can judge other people then we should all apply for the job of ruler of the universe. I think that job may be taken but it wouldn't hurt to apply for it , you never know.

A-FRAUD

I see that A. Rod is having a news conference today to answer questions about his use of performance enhansing drugs. I wish the whole thing would just fade away but since that won't happen I guess we'll have to put up with all the #@%&*@!^. I think that if you want to make it so these players that used these things can never make it into the hall of fame that we probably should just close the hall down and destroy everything in it. I say this because we are no better than anyone else and those accomplishments made by those players are recognized because they have superior skills. Now to deny them the rewards that they deserve would just be wrong. JUDGE NOT LEST YE BE JUDGED. Now I'm not saying that what they did is right but we should not be so quick to judge because there is not one of us who doesn't have something that they have done that they're not too proud of. I say live and let live. Any comments?
